01 Start a group

Choose a movie.
Invite people to watch.

  1. Start playing a movie or episode in Pixel Brite.
  2. Open Together and choose Watch this together.
  3. Share the invitation link with the people you want to watch with.

Each person needs a playable copy of the same movie or episode. Everyone can use a different source or a completed download, without sharing a server or giving anyone access to their library.

02 Join an invitation

Get ready.
Start watching together.

  1. Open the invitation link to join, or paste it into Together.
  2. If asked, choose a playable copy. Use Change source to pick another one, including a completed download.
  3. When it’s time to watch, anyone who’s ready can start the movie for the group.

See who’s ready in the participant list. People who join later catch up to the group without restarting the movie for everyone.

Shared playback controls

Pause for a break.
Everyone pauses.

Anyone watching can play, pause or seek. Pause for a snack, replay a line or skip to a scene, and the group follows.

When you’re ready, press Play to carry on together.

Your screen, your settings

Choose how you watch.

Subtitles, sound and picture

Set your volume, choose subtitles and adjust picture quality. Your choices don’t change anyone else’s settings.

A timing adjustment just for you

Pixel Brite flags differences in editions or running times. If your copy needs an adjustment, change your timing in Together without moving the group.

Leave when you need to

Choose Leave to leave the group. Everyone else can keep watching together, even if you started the group.

Stay online to watch in sync, including when playing a downloaded copy.
